Please provide the exact number of guests in your reservation. No add-on guests to your party will be accepted and no refunds will be given if this is the case.

 

Guest Access

You'll also have access to the common kitchen and living room/dining areas. Please respect locked doors/closets.

 

Interaction with Guests

I will be in and out of the house during your stay - going about life. I am happy to help you with directions or information. I am on the low end of the chatty scale and afford you all the privacy possible. I'm gay; if you can't roll with that you shouldn't stay in my home.

 

The Neighborhood

I live just minutes from great shopping in Boone or Blowing Rock, central to ski basins, Grandfather Mountain, golfing, fishing, horseback riding, waterfalls, and restaurants. A few convenient regional events such as Merlfest, Valle Country Fair, Wooly Worm Festival, and Grandfather Mountain Highland Games.

 

 

Other Things to Note

 

I am not interested in hosting If you are not verified, have no photo, no profile, no reviews, nor any other connections (FB), web site, business, etc.).

 

My listings are on multiple sites and I only book 30-60 days out so don't be fooled by an open calendar.

 

Please bring your own Keurig cups and breakfast items if you have favorites.

 

The pillows and mattress have a waterproof allergen cover that is washed between each guest.  If you're a "pillow particular person" please bring your own :)

 

I do not have any type of television, cable, etc.  Welcome to mountain living... relax off the grid. Bring your favorite DVDs if you'd like to watch something during your stay.

 

Washer/Dryer available on site for $5 per load, includes detergent/softener.
